OUR POLICIES
At Hair Art Designs we strive for excellence and our number one priority is our guests satisfaction.
If at any time you are not happy with your service, we would love an opportunity to adjust your services, free of charge, within 7 days from the day of your service.
H-Art Designs will not refund any money for services rendered. Our guests are welcomed back to see their original artist or another Hair Art Design's stylist.
Redo's can not be applied if a client decides to change their look from their original scheduled appointment.
We provide our guests with the latests most advanced retail products in the industry. If you are not happy with your purchase , you may return unopened product to the salon within 7 days, for an exchange or a store credit. For health and safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they are not used, within 7 days of purchase. If the product is opened, 25% restocking fee will be charged.
We understand that getting a right product for your hair is very important, and we will do our best to help you to find the one that works best for you.
GIFT CARDS.
Hair Art Designs gift cards are none-refundable.
CANCELATION POLICY.
If you cancel 24 hours or more, prior to your appointment, no fees will occur. Canceling your appointment within 24 hours will result in 50% charge of the service(s) booked. We may also require a deposit while booking your next appointment, which will be used toward your next service.
NO SHOW POLICY.
If you fail to show up to your appointment you will be charged 50% from the original service scheduled.
LATE POLICY.
If you are more than 30 mins late to your appointment we will not be able to accommodate your services as we run on a strict, timely schedule. H-Art Designs have the right to charge you 50% of the services booked and will require a deposit for all future appointments.
Please note Hair Art Designs have the right to refuse services to any client for any reason at any time.
